What to Expect
Welcome and well done for signing up.
During your Online Consultation we described how the program works – you will have met with your Therapist by now (either online or face to face) for each session. Ideally, we recommend weekly sessions to begin with and then we suggest you stagger the sessions to every fortnight, giving you more time between sessions to put your learning into practice.
After each session you attend, you will receive an email from me containing a video which will remind you of the theme of your session, and a downloadable version of whatever exercise or tool your Therapist gave you that week.
You’ll also have access to our Private Members Forum and Closed Facebook Group for additional support from other program participants, and Eating Freely Therapists to answer questions, give feedback etc.
We are here to help you, we want you to get the best out of this program, so the more you put the tools into practice, the greater the benefit you will see, and feel.
